Receive an Estimate Based on Your Home
Homes under 3,000 square feet are quoted remotely — no visit needed. Larger properties are estimated in person so we can see the full scope and give you an accurate number before anything gets scheduled.
Book the Appointment and Prepare for Service Day
Once you approve the estimate we get you on the calendar. If window cleaning is included in your booking, please make sure the exterior is accessible before we arrive.
Protecting Plants, Electrical Fixtures, and the Work Area
Before anything goes on your siding, we tape and bag all exterior electrical fixtures, water your plants and landscaping thoroughly, and make sure pets are inside while we work.
Applying the Cleaning Treatment to the Siding
Depending on the job we either apply a safe soft wash solution that breaks down algae, mold, and grime at the surface level before any rinsing begins, or scrub the siding by hand using a water-fed brush with water. We choose whichever approach will get you the best result safely.
Rinsing the Siding
We rinse at a pressure level appropriate for your specific siding type — never enough to cause damage. For brick where moss or heavier buildup is present, we apply a little extra pressure carefully and only where the situation calls for it.
Final Rinse, Cleanup, and Optional Window Cleaning
The surrounding area is thoroughly rinsed to clear any remaining soap or debris, leaving the property double-rinsed before we leave. Electrical covers come off, and if window cleaning was booked, we move into that service at this point. For hard to reach areas we send before and after photos so you can see exactly what got done.
Payment and Next-Day Follow-Up
Payment is collected at job completion by cash or check. We send electronic invoices and receipts to your email upon request. The next morning we reach out to make sure everything looks the way it should — and if anything needs attention, we come back within a week to make it right.
