  • One More Thing Worth Mentioning

How We Complete a House Wash? Our Step-by-Step Process:

  • Number 1

    Request Your Free Quote

You can easily submit your quote request through our website. It takes about 2 minutes and we'll send you an accurate price within 24 hours. If you'd rather talk it through, call us anytime at (667) 271-0928 and we'll take it from there.

  • Number 2

Receive an Estimate Based on Your Home

Homes under 3,000 square feet are typically quoted remotely, no visit needed. For larger properties, we may schedule a quick in-person visit to make sure we scope everything correctly and give you an accurate number before anything gets scheduled.

  • Number 3

    Book the Appointment

Once you approve the estimate we reach out to find the best date that works for both of us. You'll receive reminders ahead of your appointment so you're never caught off guard.

  • Number 4

Protecting Plants, Electrical Outlets, and the Work Area

Before anything goes on your siding, we tape all exterior electrical outlets, water your plants and landscaping thoroughly, and make sure pets are inside while we work.

  • Number 5

Applying the Cleaning Treatment to the Siding

We apply a safe soft wash solution that breaks down algae, mold, mildew, and grime at the surface level before any rinsing begins. The solution does the heavy lifting so the rinse stays at low pressure and your siding stays protected throughout.

  • Number 6

    Rinsing the Siding

We rinse at a pressure level appropriate for your specific siding type, never enough to cause damage. For brick where moss or heavier buildup is present, we apply a little extra pressure carefully and only where the situation calls for it.

  • Number 7

Final Rinse, Cleanup, and Optional Window Cleaning

The surrounding area is thoroughly rinsed to clear any remaining soap or debris, leaving the property double-rinsed before we leave. Electrical covers come off, and if window cleaning was booked, we move into that service at this point. For hard to reach areas we send before and after photos so you can see exactly what got done.

  • Number 8

    Payment and Next-Day Follow-Up

Payment is collected at job completion by cash, check, or Zelle. We send electronic invoices and receipts to your email upon request. The next morning we reach out to make sure everything looks up to your standard and if anything needs a little touch up, we come back within a week to take care of it.
