Screens come off first when applicable, exterior tracks are brushed, frames are wiped down, the full glass surface is scrubbed, squeegeed, and detailed with a fresh microfiber towel on every edge. Tracks are vacuumed when needed and screens are washed and reinstalled before we leave. Same tools, same process, every single visit.

When the difference is significant we document the result with before and after photos: useful for your own records or for property management purposes. We send electronic invoices and receipts to your email upon request. Payment is by cash or check.
